The light house studio is the dreamiest studio, with west facing windows for the best sunset photos.
The Lighthouse studio is perfect for every natural light photographer. There are 3 major moods in this studio that will get your creative juices flowing. A natural brick wall with large windows, and a rainforest green feature wall. The original brick walls that gives off NYC Brooklyn vibes . This space is over 1000 square feet, and comes standard with 2 Godox SK400II Studio lights, a brown stool, a white painters chair and 3 paper back drops. The Lighthouse studio also features a small coffee shop area that is perfect for branding photos.

Please contact us if you require more than 12 people in the studios.
A 12-person limit per studio is due to the overall occupancy availability on the third floor, including common halls. However, not all bookings require 12 people, so we may be able to shuffle things around to accommodate larger gatherings. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific needs.
Our Rates
Studio Pricing
Security Deposit: $200
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200
A refundable security deposit of $200 is required at check-in for all studio rentals. To ensure the studio is ready for the next client, we ask that you leave it in the same condition it was provided, within your booked time. If needed, we’re happy to provide mops, brooms, or other cleaning supplies if things get a bit messier than expected.
Please note that if the studio is not left ready for the next client, an additional cleaning or reset fee will apply. This fee is based on the rates charged by our professional cleaning service or Allure’s reset fee if we need to restore the studio layout. Additionally, if resetting the space extends beyond your booked time, overtime charges will apply.
All studio bookings are priced hourly, and are based on the number of hours booked:
0 – 1 Hours: $85/hr
2 – 4 Hours: $70/hr
5 – 6 Hours: $650/hr
7 – 8 Hours: $60/hr
9 Hours: $55/hr
10 – 12 Hours: $50/hr
Our studio is open until 11 pm. However, any bookings made after 5 pm will be charged at $100/hour. However 9-12 hour bookings can still be made through the booking link at the regular discounted rates, even if they extend past 5PM.
*Custom rates may be available if you are scheduling a multi-day session, training session, meeting or other event.
