Our Policies

At Allure Studios LTD, We value the creative expression, cultural collaboration, equitable opportunity and a blank canvas to enhance your work. That said, it’s important to us that this space is accessible to creatives from all walks of life, class and creed. So instead of navigating the grey areas of life, we have created a set of rules that aim to keep it that way.






*For commercial photography usage of the studio related to services such as body sugaring, bodybuilding, exemptions will apply. All guests are required to be dressed when walking the common hall spaces.

Important Information

Cancellation Policy2023-09-14T23:08:31+00:00

i. Allure Studios shall allow the Renter to quit or terminate the agreement with a penalty of 50% if the agreement is terminated within 6 days or less before the end of the term or a free reschedule.

ii. Cancelations done 36 hours before, or on the day of the event this will result in no refunds or reschedules.

iii. Termination will attract a 100% refund only, if done within 14 days before the date booked for use for weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and 7 days for weekdays.

iiii. For all refund transactions, a $5 deduction will be applied. All refunds are subject to Square refund policies which is API 2.90% + $0.30 on each transaction. All refunds will be charged that amount the $5 deduction does not cover.

Can I bank the hours that I buy and spread them out?2022-12-19T22:58:31+00:00

Our rental prices are based on time you need for daily rentals. However our VIP Members can bank the hours they purchase within 30 days.

Each studio has a set of props that live in the studio, additional props are available to rent at an additional cost.

During the week days Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturdays 8am-2pm there is limited parking. Each studio has 2 parking spots per booking available. All other parking must park on the street or at the paid parking lot across Logan at Kum Kun Garden. After hours and on Sundays there is free unlimited parking.

  • Our studios and office space is by appointment only and is not accessible to the public.
  • We follow Manitoba Covid Guidelines in terms of gathering limits for both vaccinated and unvaccinated members.
  • We do contact tracing and pre screening
  • Upon entering through the building, masks are to be worn at all times while in any area of the building except when models are having their photo taken.
  • We have a sanitizer dispenser to greet you upon your arrival. Studio rooms also have hand sanitizer as well.
  • We set aside 20 minutes after every session to disinfect high touch arrears such as door handles and countertops and we disinfect the furniture and props between use. During this time we ask that if you are doing a boudoir session on the bed or using the air mattress for the newborn studio that you bring your own bedding.
  • Our newborn props are disinfected between use, and blankets and wraps get washed between use.
  • Our flooring gets washed each night.

Failure to respect the studio rules, studio staff, or other renters, will result in immediate termination of your booking with no refunds and can result in a permanent ban from Allure Studios

Damage & Cleaning Deposits2022-12-19T23:14:33+00:00

Before entering the studio you will be asked for $100 security deposit, and a cleaning fee starting at $50.

If you break something you will be charged the security deposit.

If damages exceed the security deposit amount and the item can not be fixed you will be required to replace the item at a fair market value. The market value is based on the existing condition of the item and what the cost is to replace the item. Should an incident happen, the staff will write an incident report with you and a manager will contact you on how to proceed.

Our staff will go over the room after your visit before returning your security deposit. Furniture and props must be left where you found them, and garbage left in the garbage can.

If you have brought food, all food garbage must be taken with you.

If you do not have time to check the room over with one of our staff members, our staff will look over the room after your appointment and if there are any issues, we will contact you by email.

Please note that if you are late to getting out of your session a $2/minute charge will be deducted from your security deposit. Leaving the space 20 minuets late will result in a full 1 hour charge instead of the $2/minute.

No alcohol or drugs2022-12-19T23:10:20+00:00

No alcohol or drugs are permitted on the premise. If you bring these items in you will be asked to leave and will not have a refund on your booking. If a member in your group arrives intoxicated we have the right to ask them to leave the premise.

The Friendly Knock2022-12-19T23:09:25+00:00

Our staff will give you a 15 minute heads up before your session is over. We will knock on the door and give you a warning before entering the room.

We reserve the right to also check in if we hear dragging of furniture and props or suspect that the policies are being violated.

Freight Elevator2022-12-19T23:08:27+00:00
  1. Please request the use of elevator prior to your session and arrive 15 minutes early to unload.
  2. Park in one of the loading zones next to the stairs and call us to notify us of your arrival. Please start to unload all your things on the dock and then park your car on the lot prior to loading in the elevator.
  3. If you forget to call us to request the elevator we can still assist you with the usage. Please kindly wait your turn to be served as our staff may be assisting others.

Please note this is a freight elevator and can only be operated by a staff member. In addition, we cannot have people riding the elevator or taking content in it.

Please call if a person with a disability cannot use the stairs.


Please keep in mind, we share the parking lot with multiple other businesses. If booking is Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm or Saturdays between 8am-2pm, you are limited to 2 parking spots during your visit: one for you and your client. During check-in please let us know your vehicle make, model and license plate number. There is paid parking on the street as well as across the street at KumKun Garden. If your booking is after hours, parking is free and unlimited guests can park on the lot as first come first serve.

On Sunday’s there is free unlimited parking.

Outdoor Shoes2022-12-19T23:09:51+00:00

No outdoor shoes are permitted in studio. Photographers please make sure your clients and models have shoe coverings or indoor shoes. All wedding parties must also have clean shoes. There is a cleaning fee and damage deposit if high heel shoes leave divots in the cove or from standing on furniture.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for check in. We take a $100 security deposit, and a cleaning fee starting at $50 before the usage of studio. These are refundable deposits and can be paid in person or by your saved credit card on file.

If parking during the week day between 8am-5pm and Saturdays between 8am-2pm, please provide us with your licence plate.

  1. Self serve online booking option, which is the quickest and most convenient for you. Click here to go to the booking form.
  2. By email. Once you have inquired about a date and time and the time has been approved, you can e-transfer to accounting@allure-studios.ca. Please make sure the e-transfer has the name of the person that will be booking. No appointments are finalized without full payment, your name, and phone details for the appointment.
  3. Call in the studio at (204) 505 – 3940. We are open by appointment only and we will return your call as soon as we can, if we miss you.
Our Rates

Studio Pricing

Security Deposit: $100 | Cleaning Fee: $50

All studios require a refundable security deposit taken at the time of check-in, as well as a refundable studio cleaning fee per visit depending on the condition the room is left. If the studio is not left in the condition it was given to you, please feel free to request our mops and brooms if things got a little messier than you expected. Others will be renting the space after your session, so please be considerate.

All studio bookings are priced hourly, and are based on the number of hours booked:

0 – 1 Hours: $82.50/hr
2 – 4 Hours: $66/hr
5 – 6 Hours: $60.50/hr
7 – 8 Hours: $55/hr
9 Hours: $47/hr
10 – 12 Hours: $45/hr

Please note: During the winter, the Manhattan Studio is on promotion, has three themes, and reflects different pricing.
