Studio Exclusions
Please note, the following are not allowed in the studios:
- Pets
- Outdoor shoes
- Alcohol
Please contact us if you require more than 12 people in the studios.
A 12-person limit per studio is due to the overall occupancy availability on the third floor, including common halls. However, not all bookings require 12 people, so we may be able to shuffle things around to accommodate larger gatherings. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific needs.
Our Rates
Studio Pricing
Security Deposit | Cleaning Fee: $200
All studios require a refundable security deposit taken at the time of check-in. If the studio is not left in the condition it was given to you, please feel free to request our mops and brooms if things got a little messier than you expected. Others will be renting the space after your session, so please be considerate of the next renter.
All studio bookings are priced hourly, and are based on the number of hours booked: Christmas in Manhattan reflects different pricing from October 1st-December 31st.
0 – 1 Hours: $85/hr
2 – 4 Hours: $70/hr
5 – 6 Hours: $65hr
7 – 8 Hours: $60/hr
9 Hours: $55/hr
10 – 12 Hours: $50/hr
Our studio is open until 11 pm. However, any bookings made after 5 pm will be charged at $100/hour. However, 9-12 hour bookings can still be made through the booking link at the regular discounted rates, even if they extend past 5PM
*Please note: In the months of October-December, our studios will reflect a Christmas style decor set up.
*Custom rates may be available if you are scheduling a multi-day session, training session, meeting or other event.
