Winter Wonderland Elegance

Charlie Brown Christmas

Studio Exclusions

Please note, the following are not allowed in the studios:

  • Pets
  • Outdoor shoes
  • Alcohol

Please contact us if you require more than 12 people in the studios.

A 12-person limit per studio is due to the overall occupancy availability on the third floor, including common halls. However, not all bookings require 12 people, so we may be able to shuffle things around to accommodate larger gatherings. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific needs.

Studio Pricing

Security Deposit | Cleaning Fee: $200

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200

A refundable security deposit of $200 is required at check-in for all studio rentals. To ensure the studio is ready for the next client, we ask that you leave it in the same condition it was provided, within your booked time. If needed, we’re happy to provide mops, brooms, or other cleaning supplies if things get a bit messier than expected.

Please note that if the studio is not left ready for the next client, an additional cleaning or reset fee will apply. This fee is based on the rates charged by our professional cleaning service or Allure’s reset fee if we need to restore the studio layout. Additionally, if resetting the space extends beyond your booked time, overtime charges will apply.

Christmas in Manhattan reflects different pricing from October 1st-January 2nd

1 hour: $100

2-3 hours: $80/hour

4-5 hours: $70/hour

6-9 hours: $65/hour

10-12 hours: $60/hour

Our studio is open until 11 pm. However, any bookings made after 5 pm will be charged at $100/hour. However, 9-12 hour bookings can still be made through the booking link at the regular discounted rates, even if they extend past 5PM

*Please note: In the months of October-December, our studios will reflect a Christmas style decor set up.

*Custom rates may be available if you are scheduling a multi-day session, training session, meeting or other event.
